We provide support to policy development, project, stakeholder and change management , also short strategic stage reviews. And of course fully actionable and detailed commercial plans especially for co-located services such cultural services also food, drink event and community curated programmes.

The challenges and benefits of community co-production are of particular sensitivity, as are the impacts of co-locating other local government services, so we are able to give detailed input in these areas and how they can impact outcomes.
