Wirral appoint designers as PlaceCulture plan moves forward

Wirral Borough Council have design consultants DCA to develop a “strategic, innovative, and future-proof architectural vision for the Floral Pavilion Theatre & Conference Centre in New Brighton. This transformation will establish a multi-functional theatre, arts, and cultural hub, maximising its potential as a dynamic, sustainable, and financially efficient community asset.”
